Bust is measured from armpit to armpit
Waist is measured at the top of the waistband for pants and skirts, and at the smallest part of the torso for dresses
Shoulders are measured from seam to seam
Length is measured from the middle of the shoulder to the hem
Sleeves are measured from the shoulder seam to the edge of the cuff
